GFI Mail Essentials Loosing Mails
This may be due to the Outlook Junk filter in Outlook 2003.
Please ensure that in Outlook, that the junk mail settings are set to low, and that the delete spam option is not checked.

Sending E-mail to external recipients with the same e-mail domain Causes NDR's
When Users try to send mail to external recipients that use the same e-mail domain name as the domain defined in Exchange they may notice that the email fails to send. This is due to the server trying to find the email recipient locally. The below KB article shows you how to overcome this.
