SQL Managment and recovery tools

Deleting Locked or Corrupt Files in Windows

Windows sometimes has problems deleting files due to them being locked or corrupted. See this useful tool found at http://ccollomb.free.fr/unlocker/ that will enable you to delete them!

It will deal with the below messages.

Cannot Delete File: Cannot read from source file or disk
Cannot delete file: Access is denied
There has been a sharing violation.
The source or destination file may be in use.
The file is in use by another program or user.
Make sure the disk is not full or write-protected and that the file is not currently in use.
