Sinlgle SBSs server with no other DCs Net logon service paused

This is due to a USN condition that is incorrectly triggered. Anyway, to stop the server from “thinking” it’s messed up, you need to remove the following from the registry:HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\NTDS\Parameters “Dsa Not Writable”=dword:00000004
Remove the entire value “Dsa Not Writable”, not just the “4″

  1. Be aware that this could be a real USN error if you have multi dcs in which case you must fix the problem
